Massage - the word conjures up thoughts of indulgence, pampering, luxury and relaxation; but massage is much more than that. Massage can relax and pamper you, but also has tremendous health benefits. Among these are...

  • Relieves sore, tight muscles
  • Decreases headaches
  • Increases range of motion
  • Improves circulation
  • Relieves chronic pain
  • Relieves stress

My goal is to help you improve your health and well-being through massage.

Modalities:

Swedish massage:
Swedish massage is the most popular type of massage in the United States. It uses a system of long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. The benefits of Swedish massage include increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation, decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.
Deep tissue massage:
Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic patterns of muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure or friction - usually on a focused problem area. This massage is applied with greater pressure and at deeper layers of the muscle than Swedish massage.
Lomi Lomi massage:
Lomi Lomi means “to break up into small pieces.” It is a type of healing massage that is traditionally practiced in the Hawaiian Islands. Lomi Lomi cleanses and relaxes the body - both physically and spiritually - in order to achieve internal harmony. It decreases tension spots and relieves pain.
Reflexology:
Reflexology is a non-intrusive touch therapy applied to the feet and hands. It may assist in reviving one’s energy flow and bring the body back into a state of balance.
Aromatherapy Massage:
A treat to the senses, aromatherapy uses specially blended essential oils in combination with relaxation massage techniques to help relieve stress, relax and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.
Pre Natal massage:
This massage is specifically designed for expecting moms during their 2nd and 3rd trimester. This massage is a safe method of relieving the aches and pains of pregnancy.
Postpartum:
This is an excellent massage for new mothers to help relax and rejuvenate after the childbirth process.
Infant Massage Instruction:
Learn from this one-on-one instructive class how to give your baby a full-body massage. This includes oil and all class handouts.
Spa Party:
Invite your friends, dress casual, pop in a movie, and one by one you and your guests are treated to a 30-minute or longer relaxing massage. I'll provide everything you need to create a spa in the comfort of your home. I am available for birthdays, girls’ night out, wedding parties or just plain get-togethers. (Call for rates)
Signature Massage:
This massage begins with a customized meditation that will reduce anxiety and calm the mind. Next, specially blended essential oils will be applied to the body, along with hot stones and steamed towels.
Aromastone Massage:
This luxurious massage incorporates relaxing essential oils and heated stones to induce relaxation. Stones are placed on tense muscles and glided across muscles to promote deep relaxation.
Body Polish:
This invigorating, exfoliating scrub is effective in sloughing away calloused or flack skin on hands, feet and body, followed by a moisturizing treatment.
Massage Cupping:
Cupping intensifies the therapeutic aspects of treatments. It is a subtle, yet very powerful addition to your treatments. Cupping has been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissues, causing tissues to release toxins, activate the skin and clear stretch marks and rid the body of cellulite. Cupping is the best deep tissue massage available.

Each service is customized to fit your needs.
